To order from us, we require the following information:

1. Your name and address, including your Postal or Zip code.
2. A phone number where we can contact you if necessary. Couriers require this as well.
3. A list of the required goods and the quantities.
4. Payment information. See our Terms and Conditions page for details. If you wish to pay by cheque or money order, contact us first for the correct total cost of goods, shipping and any taxes.
5. Shipping instructions. We will ship by the means of your choice at your cost. Depending on the means, this shipment may be insured if you wish at your cost.
6. Instructions to ship a complete order only, or to ship a partial order with back order.

3. E-mail your order to sales@hy-com.com using the order form for reference. If you are uncomfortable with putting credit card information on the Internet, follow the e-mail up with a phone call at (604) 990-9955 with your credit card information.
