IC-A6 VHF Air Band Transceiver (COMM Only)
IC-A24 VHF Air Band Transceiver (NAV + COMM)
Easy to use while flying!
Easy one handed operation with large well labeled buttons making it easy
to access functions. The extra large LCD display is easy to see both
letters and numbers for quick frequency recognition. Both the display and
keypad are backlit and stay lit until you turn backlighting off a handy
feature for flying at night.
Flip - Flop Channel Recall
The A6/A24 stores the last 10 channels used. You can easily access
these channels using the "Flip-Flop" buttons on the front panel.
Water resistant
The IC-A6/A24 has water resistant construction, equivalent to IPX-4 grade,
which provides reliable operation in rainy conditions.
Operation from External DC power jack
An external DC power jack allows for operation via either the CP-20
cigarette lighter cable, or BC-110 wall charger. When the battery
pack is installed, simultaneous charging during operation is also
possible. For those that don't want to worry about battery life
there is also an optional battery case available (BP-208N).

IC-A110 VHF Air Band Transceiver (COMM Only)
Rugged and reliable for serious ground crew communications. Setting a new standard for ground based communications, the IC-A110 provides durability and reliability in demanding operating environments. Capable of being installed in any vehicle, IC-A110 is adaptable to vehicles working on a 12 V DC as well as a 24 V DC power source.
Two versions of the IC-A110 are available.
Version 4 requires PC software and a connection cable for frequency programming. This is intended to allow users to have access only to the pre-programmed memory channels. (The ability to directly set the operating frequency of the radio from the front panel is locked out, except to change to another pre-programmed memory channel.) This prevents unskilled users from pushing the wrong buttons and putting the radio on the wrong frequency, thus losing communiations. This version is primarily intended for ground support vehicles, etc. that need to access only a few pre-set channels. We can pre-program the radio before shipment.
Version 5 is capable of direct frequency entry via the front panel controls.
